In the part about the NP241...

It states that IFS were Driver side diff and straight axle were passenger side diff. True for Chevy versions, but they don't mention that the 94 up Dodge NP241 are driver side diff straight axles.

Also to add...

Dodge CTD (2500/3500 with the 12 valve engine and some 24 valve non-common rail diesels with a 47RE Auto tranny -not sure of those with the NV4500-), AND a DRIVER'S SIDE output were equipped with a NP241HD. The slip yolk eliminator kit that is readily available for the NP241 is not compatable with the HD version. The HD also has a PTO port, and an electric speedo output, among other small diffs. I think that it is a bolt up to either the NV4500 or 47RE, but not totally sure...:deadhorse:
