Intake Clearance: 0.254 mm (0.010 in)
Exhaust Clearance: 0.508 mm (0.020 in)

Rotate engine to Top Dead Center (TDC) using the engine timing pin on the front gear cover. Once set to TDC, adjust #1 Intake, #1 exhaust, #2 intake, #3 exhaust. Disengage the timing pin, place a mark on the crank pully or damper that aligns with a mark on the block. Rotate the crank 360*. Adjust #2 Exhaust, #3 Intake, #4 Intake, and #4 Exhaust.
