Splines are right, as well as bolt pattern, seal diameter is right too, but when case is about 3/16ths" from mating the housing of the NP208 bottoms out where the seal is pressed into the 47RH, it looks like a spacer would solve the problem, does such a thing exist?

Or perhaps I should just go with another t-case. I tried a 242D from a Durango I have laying around, wont work, bolts up but output seal in 47RH does not reach machined surface on 242D.

the tcase is a sealed unit right? Why not drill a small drain hole in the output shaft housing so that the trapped fluid can drain back in? I had the same problem with my Jeep 241J and 4500, drilled a small hole and it fixed it.

you need a 241 for it. I have a 89-93 dodge one if you need a pass drop one. otherwise you'll need a 94 up one for drivers drop.

I believe someone also makes a clocking ring that might work out as a spacer for you too. just an idea
