What is needed to put my np435 (Ford 4wd) inplace of my 2wd T19 (from bread van)

Adatper bolt pattern?
Flywheel?
Clutch?
T/O bearings...etc?

Both are hyd. slave actuated

Some of the step vans had Np435 so depend on year or if they changed anything it should bolt up .

They use the same flywheel and clutch.

Nope - I'll do you one better -
I've got a CUCV (5/4 ton Chevy K30 basically)
remove 6.2L - install 4BTA, np435, D300 twin stick, already has plow (gets the wife "onboard" as to why we need it....), D60 front, 14b FF w/ Detroit locker, 4.56 gears, 37in IROKS, H2 wheels....That's the "Spring" plan unless I find access to a shop/garage....:beer:
