There would be more than one wiring harness involved. There is one harness going to the KSB and fuel shut off solenoid. Do you have the serial number of your engine. If so, I can verify which harness that is. That is a Cummins part and very expensive for no more than what it is. The KSB part of the injection pump for that year has been obsolete since 1988 but was used up thru 1990. A second wiring harness feeds the intake heater and its control solenoids. That's actually a 2 part harness. One from the batteries to the solenoids, and the second from the solenoids to the heater unit. There are other harnesses for gauges, alternator, and starter system. A photo of the injection pump side of the engine would be helpful it you can do that.

It is really a pretty simple harness. The hardest part is finding the right connectors for the oem KSB temp switches. If doing a swap it may be best to build your own, but if the new one is still available for a reasonable price it would simplify it some and then you can add/splice as needed for your application.
