Ok guys,
Here is my Solid Axle Nissan Titan.
It has a Dana 60 front axle and Sterling 10.5 rear. Now I just pulled my 5.9 out of my 97 Dodge to put in the Titan.
Here are the specs. so far
97' 12V with S300G turbo upgrade, 5" exhaust, TST Power kit and KDP kit.
370HP Non-Marine Injectors
CFM+ Intake Horn
3000RPM Gov. Springs
Pyro, Fuel Pressure, and Boost gauges
NV4500 with Zoom Performance VT Stage II Kit and Perfection Flywheel and TECHnovation master/ slave cylinder.
NP241DHD T-Case

The PCM on the firewall really isn't necessary with your swap. I run a 24-V with a 4500 and the only ECM I use is the Cummins. You don't have an ECM with a 12-V. All you need is the Intake Air Heater relay assembly but you really don't need that in Milton.

I would switch to hydroboost. You may not be able to that with the Nissan, though. Do you have the vacuum pump from the 97?

As far I remember the Dodge should have a pump. Mine was a little easier since the hydroboost bolts right up.

Well as I was replacing seals and gasket, looks like I was too late to install the KDP kit!! But the damage was minimal the aluminum gear cover is cracked and will need to be taken off and welded, minor set back. but installed my Zoom VT stage II clutch kit today. It looks like it is going to grip! I will have the motor and tranny mated tomorrow, and if I get the cover back on in time I will have the motor back in the truck for good. Then we can get the motor mounts mocked up.

is good to see that you're really doing this... i would like to do something simillar with a armada, but i would go 4bt (here in south america we still can find them cheaper than a 6bt) and with an automatic transmission...

Here are a few updated pics.
We got the gauges in, 5" exhaust, and motor finally bolted in. It just about made me cry to take a plasma cutter to the floorboard to do the cutouts for the shifter boots. The guys over at Zoom performance hooked me up with new hydraulics for the new clutch as well, so that will be installed when I convert the new clutch petal. I wanted it to move with the other pedals when I hit the button so I picked up a 2nd Nissan Titan Brake petal to convert. Also the entire floorboard, firewall, and rear wall will get a Dynamat Extreme, and Dynaliner treatment to keep the road noise and heat out!

Looking good! I left the fan out of mine due to clearance issues but it tows and runs hard without getting hot. I can tell you there is enough fan flex that if you are less than 2" from the radiator you are going to be unhappy.

What motor mounts are you using? Are you perfectly straight in the cradle? I had over 1.5" clearance and still ate one radiator.
