Here is an update guys, My Borg Warner S300 Turbo and 370HP Injectors showed up today thanks to www.Diesel-Plus.com! In a few days I'll get this installed and finish up the 5" Exhaust. Still waiting on the coilovers from Radflo, when they show up gonna' start building the radius arm links. Getting closer all the time!

Looking good! I left the fan out of mine due to clearance issues but it tows and runs hard without getting hot. I can tell you there is enough fan flex that if you are less than 2" from the radiator you are going to be unhappy.

Didn't realize it had that much flex? Mine is about 1-1/4" from the tip to the radiator. It is not mounted yet though

What motor mounts are you using? Are you perfectly straight in the cradle? I had over 1.5" clearance and still ate one radiator.

As straight as can be, we made the motor mounts ourself. I will have room to back radiator out some more though. Thanks for the heads up though. Most likely saved me some headache down the road!

Well,
Just an update but the wheels are still on backorder, tires are coming soon. May go with another wheel but i'm going to wait it out a little while longer. All that is left to do is...
1) Wire the motor
2) Install the Radius arms and coilovers when they come back from the powdercoater
3) Plumb the fuel lines
4) Install the grill
5) Plumb the Brake lines
6) Prime the clutch pedal
7) Install the sway bar
It will be the middle of next month before the wheels and tires come in. Till then, wait, wait, wait!

Ok,
Got home on wed. and got right to work on the Titan. I have the suspension done, and new brakes installed. I went with Radflo's to give them a try. The ride height is about 13" lower than before. Still waiting on the custom wheels and Nitto Mud Grappler to show up. Really all that is needed to finsh the truck now is wiring, fuel and a little tuning.

Ok, it's alive! Here are the videos of the second and third start. Still no tires and wheels on the truck, sucks cause' the tires are sitting here waiting. So I need to clean up the wiring and put in the throttle cable, wheels and tires and some steering. Done!
Enjoy the vid!

I was going to go with beadlocks but they are not street legal in Florida, so I went with a Simulock.
a rabbi from my neighborhood said florida was like heaven on earth, but since beadlocks are not street-legal he was wrong... btw what's a simulock?

It looks like a beadlock, but it's not. Just has an outer ring that "simulates" the look.
