Actually, the thread below this one you posted contains the information you need. There is a photo posted that shows the correct 300 6 frame stands, wrong 300 frame stands, and the step van stands. Use that picture to purchase the correct parts. My 93 did not have the correct ones, same thing on my brother's 89.

You are correct if all I needed was a picture. There's talk about Bronco's and Ranger's and different year model F-Series. There are part numbers thrown around, but nothing specific.

Tell me if I'm wrong, but here's my thinking:

The bread truck came with the 300 I6 and uses the motor stands for THAT frame for THAT engine, SO, all I need is the proper engine stands for my '92 F250 for the 300 I6, which according to what I find at LMC Trucks Catalog, page 52, I would need (2) of part #50-1712. Is my logic flawed or am I correct?

Those look like the V8 stands I cut out of my truck. THe 6 stands bolt directly to the engine cradle. Look at the link given above.

Well, we got her done! Everything went nice and smooth. We finally found some engine stands at a junk yard. Kept the ZF5 from the F250. South Bend Clutch built us a clutch. Check out some more pics at our website: www.underwoodtireandrepair.com
