Not the injector pump . I do not even know what kind I have . I was lying under my frito lay special and noticed the low pressure pump had a little lever on the side. Is this to help set the fuel line pressure or does it serve another purpose.
Boy do i have lots to learn,

Bruce, that is a manual prime lever. Pumping on that lever you can actually pump fuel from your tank. If the lever does not pump, Bump the engine over to get the cam off he high side. Then the lever will pump. You can pump fuel to your filter and on the discharge line Fitting of the filter you will see a small nut. Crack open with a 10 mm wrench and you can bleed air from the filter. Pump until you have clean fuel ( no air) and tighten the nut.
