Howdy, i have a 2002 isb170 we recently overhauled with gapless rings from total seal, BBI stage 1 injectors for a "03/04 5.9 common rail" and a fass titanium 100, i am using to feed the gear pump on the cp3 then the output of the gear pump into the cp3 like oe style. i have wired the ecm and tcm up, with necessary battery power circuits grounds, and ignitions circuits, also wired in a data connector for cummins insite. my rail pressure seems to be good, crank and cam signal seem to be present, but the engine wont start it will fire about every second then crank, it repeats this cycle but wont catch and run. hoping there is a few of you that can help me. I feel the injector driver module is bad in the ecm. but there are not codes related to anything like that.

I don’t know sh*t about that engine, but my advise for all diesels.
Have you tried to spray some gas in the intake? Sometimes, once it runs for a couple seconds, it bleeds the injector lines the last bit. (I’m assuming you bled them)

there isn't any bleeding needed, its common rail with electronic injectors.
as for help on getting it to run you might have to look on other sites or dig thru here for more info. there are some people to help but its not common knowledge as much as we would like.
